IPrivacy and data protection policy
In accordance with the legislation in force, AI AND SPORT PERFORMANCE EXPERTS (hereinafter, also the Website) undertakes to adopt the technical and organisational measures necessary, according to the level of security appropriate to the risk of the data collected.

This privacy policy is adapted to the Spanish and European legislation in force on the protection of personal data on the internet. Specifically, it complies with the following regulations:

- Principle of accountability: the Controller shall be responsible for ensuring that the above principles are complied with.
Categories of personal data
The categories of data processed on AI AND SPORT PERFORMANCE EXPERTS are both identification data and special categories of personal data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR.

- Microsoft — behavioural analysis through heatmaps and session recordings, only if the User accepts cookies (clarity.microsoft.com).
- Google — audience measurement through Google Analytics, only if the User accepts cookies (marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics).
If the Controller intends to transfer personal data to a third country or international organisation, at the time the personal data are obtained, the User will be informed of the third country or international organisation to which the data are intended to be transferred, as well as of the existence or absence of an adequacy decision by the Commission.
Behavioural analytics (Microsoft Clarity)
This Website uses Microsoft Clarity, a behavioural analytics service provided by Microsoft Corporation, to understand how the Website is used through heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity records usage and interaction metrics — clicks, mouse movements, scrolling and pages visited — and uses the IP address to determine the User's approximate location.
Clarity is not activated until the User accepts cookies in the corresponding notice. If the User rejects them, the service is not loaded and no data are collected through it.
The content entered in the Website's forms (name, email, message and other fields) is masked at source: Clarity does not capture or transmit it under any circumstances.
The data are hosted on Microsoft Azure. Recordings are kept for 30 days; those marked as favourites and a random sample of them, for up to 9 months.
The legal basis for this processing is the User's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which may be withdrawn at any time from the cookie notice.
Microsoft processes these data as an independent controller, in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement (privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement).
The processing is contracted with Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Ireland, European Union), which has an agreement with Microsoft Corporation (United States) based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, covering the transfer between both entities.
Web analytics (Google Analytics)
This Website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google, to obtain aggregate statistics on how the Website is used: pages visited, length of visit, device and browser type, and approximate location.
Google Analytics is not activated until the User accepts cookies in the corresponding notice. If the User rejects them, the service is not loaded and no data are collected through it.
Data collected by Google Analytics are kept for 14 months. Google Signals and ads personalisation are disabled for this Website.
The legal basis for this processing is the User's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which may be withdrawn at any time from the cookie notice.
Google processes these data as a processor, in accordance with the Google Ads Data Processing Terms (business.safety.google/adsprocessorterms).
The service is contracted with Google Ireland Limited (Ireland, European Union). The data may be transferred to Google LLC (United States), which participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; the transfer is additionally covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Personal data of minors
In accordance with Article 8 of the GDPR and Article 7 of Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, only persons over 14 years of age may lawfully give their consent to the processing of their personal data by AI AND SPORT PERFORMANCE EXPERTS. In the case of a minor under 14, the consent of the parents or guardians will be required for the processing, and it will only be considered lawful to the extent that they have authorised it.
Secrecy and security of personal data
AI AND SPORT PERFORMANCE EXPERTS undertakes to adopt the technical and organisational measures necessary, according to the level of security appropriate to the risk of the data collected, so as to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration of personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed, or the unauthorised disclosure of or access to such data.
The Website has an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, which ensures that personal data are transmitted securely and confidentially, as the transmission of data between the server and the User, and in return, is fully encrypted.

Rights arising from the processing of personal data

The User has the right to obtain restriction of processing when they contest the accuracy of their personal data; the processing is unlawful; the Controller no longer needs the personal data but the User needs them to make claims; and when the User has objected to the processing.
- Right to data portability: Where the processing is carried out by automated means, the User shall have the right to receive their personal data from the Controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit them to another controller. Where technically feasible, the Controller will transmit the data directly to that other controller.
- Right to object: This is the User's right to have their personal data not processed, or to have the processing of them by AI AND SPORT PERFORMANCE EXPERTS stopped.
- Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling: This is the User's right not to be subject to an individual decision based solely on the automated processing of their personal data, including profiling, unless the legislation in force provides otherwise.
